BILLING QUESTIONS
Clear before checkout
No. Scan a card, review suggested matches, confirm the exact printing, and save it to the Vault. Card Scanning and Vault Adds are free and do not use an EyeQ Grade. EyeQ Grade is the optional condition analysis.
At midnight on the 1st of each month in Chicago (Central Time, including daylight saving time). Unused monthly grades do not roll over. Lifetime allowances and purchased credits do not reset. Your Stripe payment date is separate.
Yes. One-time EyeQ Grades are $3. Included grades are used before purchased credits.
Yes. Paid members use Stripe’s hosted portal for plan changes, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation.
Your account returns to the Student foundation after paid access ends. Collection data remains intact.
